- To carry out talent survey and search, identify, nurture and envelope talented and gifted Bahr el Ghazal youths
- To provide a platform for Bahr el Ghazal youths to show case there talents and win tokens that can change their lives
- To promote peace, unity and prosperity among the people of South Sudan through cultural exhibitions and performances.
- To share and network with the other stakeholders like the media houses, institutions, companies and government bodies about the activities that can maintain coexistence forever peace
- To Mobilize Youths and the citizens both women and men of South Sudan to give another chance for peaceful coexistence
- To use the Music as instrument of peace which is more loved and followed by citizens of South Sudan.
- To create unity among the youth together helping them in building confidents of living in brotherhood

- To provide stepping stones for the future artists in their various fields to start chasing their talents as they approach the world
- To help them market their talents of the youth as they may be recognized by the promoters
- To help the individuals to discover the hidden gifts in them and to motivate them reach for their dreams
- To facilitate capacity building for nurturing and developing Bahr el Ghazal regional youth’s talents
- To encourage and support and support interactions and socializing on cultural, scientific and technological innovations to foster youth talents
- To influence policy and practice stage performances of their talents development and management: this is by creating partnership with the government of south Sudan and well-wishers with similar concerns to join us and make BTA a dream come true
- To encourage and support the Bahr el ghazal youths show case their talents and participate in community service as awareness programs against risk behavior, like violent, alcohol, drug abuse radicalization and HIV/AIDS
